Our probe arms allow you to cover all 4 quadrants of a wafer with the positioners arranged on left and right sides (West and East) of the chuck. Precise theta adjustment with micrometer control makes sure that contacting the wafer surface is balanced between different signals. Probe heads are available in many configurations for up to 110 Ghz operation. Finally, the ability to calibrate your measurement setup is all important to put everything in context and assure repeatability. Please see these pages before selecting your parts combination:

Probe heads and Multi Contact heads are custom manufactured, typically in 2 to 3 weeks.
